Waynivo LLC provides travel planning, itinerary organization, budgeting, and AI-assisted trip tools. This page explains important limits on what Waynivo does, what users are responsible for verifying, and the limits of Waynivo’s responsibility.
This disclaimer is intended to be read together with Waynivo’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Waynivo Is a Planning Tool
Waynivo helps users organize trips, track budgets, manage itineraries, review travel-related information, and generate AI-assisted suggestions.
Waynivo is not a travel agency, booking agent, tour operator, financial institution, bank, money transmitter, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, medical adviser, immigration adviser, or insurance provider.
Waynivo does not book travel, guarantee reservations, hold user funds, provide professional advice, or act on behalf of airlines, hotels, restaurants, venues, transportation providers, financial institutions, government agencies, or other third parties.
Any booking, purchase, reservation, payment, or contract you make with a third party is solely between you and that third party.
Verify Important Travel Details
Travel information can change without notice. You are responsible for independently verifying important details directly with the relevant airline, hotel, venue, transportation provider, government agency, financial institution, or other official source before relying on them.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Flight times, gates, terminals, baggage rules, and reservation status
- Hotel, lodging, rental car, restaurant, activity, and venue reservations
- Passport, visa, immigration, customs, and entry requirements
- Health, vaccination, testing, quarantine, and safety requirements
- Prices, fees, taxes, cancellation policies, refund policies, and payment deadlines
- Addresses, opening hours, directions, transportation routes, and travel times
- Weather, local conditions, safety advisories, and destination information
Waynivo may display information from users, third-party services, imported confirmations, connected accounts, AI systems, maps, weather providers, or other sources. That information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, misclassified, or outdated.
AI-Generated Content
Waynivo uses artificial intelligence to help generate trip plans, itinerary ideas, recommendations, summaries, routes, estimates, and other content.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or fabricated. It may sound confident even when it is wrong.
You should treat AI-generated content as a starting point for planning, not as verified fact. Do not rely on AI-generated content as the only source for decisions involving safety, money, health, legal obligations, immigration, border crossings, insurance, emergencies, or other important matters.
Budgeting and Financial Information
Waynivo may help users organize trip budgets, expenses, transactions, and spending estimates. Any account balances, transaction data, spending projections, budget figures, “safe to spend” amounts, or similar financial information shown in Waynivo are estimates for planning purposes only.
Financial data may come from user-entered information, connected accounts, third-party data providers, financial institutions, or automated categorization systems. This data may be delayed, duplicated, missing, miscategorized, or incomplete.
Your financial institution’s records are authoritative. You are responsible for confirming your actual account balance, available funds, pending transactions, fees, and payment obligations directly with your financial institution before spending, transferring money, or making financial decisions.
Waynivo is not responsible for overdrafts, insufficient-funds fees, declined payments, late fees, interest, penalties, credit impacts, or other financial consequences resulting from reliance on information shown in the app.
Imported Data and User Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any information you enter, upload, import, or connect to Waynivo.
Features that import or parse data from email confirmations, uploaded files, connected accounts, or other sources are automated and may fail, omit information, duplicate information, or misinterpret content.
Waynivo does not guarantee that imported confirmations, receipts, reservations, tickets, transactions, or other records are captured accurately or completely.
Third-Party Services
Waynivo may link to, display information from, or integrate with third-party services, including travel providers, financial data providers, payment processors, AI providers, maps providers, weather providers, email providers, and other services.
Waynivo does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, policies, security practices, privacy practices, products, services, or decisions.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
Assumption of Travel Risk
Travel involves risks, including delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, denied entry, illness, injury, theft, lost property, unsafe conditions, severe weather, civil unrest, provider errors, provider insolvency, and financial loss.
You are responsible for your travel decisions and their consequences. You should consider whether travel insurance or professional advice is appropriate for your circumstances.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WAYNIVO IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYNIVO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WAYNIVO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP, WEBSITE, AI OUTPUT, IMPORTED DATA, TRAVEL INFORMATION, FINANCIAL INFORMATION, MAPS, WEATHER INFORMATION, OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, CURRENT, COMPLETE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYNIVO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF WAYNIVO.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYNIVO LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED FLIGHTS, MISSED RESERVATIONS, DENIED BOARDING, DENIED ENTRY, CANCELLATION FEES, CHANGE FEES, REBOOKING COSTS, LOST PROPERTY, UNSAFE TRAVEL DECISIONS, OVERDRAFTS, DECLINED PAYMENTS, LATE FEES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON WAYNIVO, AI-GENERATED CONTENT, USER-ENTERED INFORMATION, IMPORTED DATA, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYNIVO LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO WAYNIVO WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID WAYNIVO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers and limits above apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing Here Limits Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including rights that may apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
